EDIT: "Boosting Gender Diversity in the Boardroom" - Empowering women in decision-making starts with mentorship

Through the project “Boosting Gender Diversity in the Boardroom,” Kosovo CSR Network has engaged an outstanding group of professional mentors who will support 24 women from the private sector in their journey toward board-level leadership.

Each poster in this series introduces a mentor contributing her expertise, leadership experience, and commitment to increasing women’s representation in corporate governance.

This project is funded by the German Government through GIZ and supported by RIT Kosovo.
