Youth Empowerment Through Multi-Stakeholder Collaboration
UNICEF Kosovo Programme organized a roundtable focused on youth empowerment, bringing together stakeholders from public institutions, civil society, and the private sector.
During this roundtable, a three-pillar collaboration model between the Ministry of Finance, Labor, and Transfers (MFPT), UNICEF, and Kosovo CSR Network was presented. This partnership, set to span the next two years, aims to strengthen youth employment and empowerment by developing practical skills, providing work experience, and offering mentorship opportunities.
The collaboration will promote best practices in creating sustainable pathways for young people to enter the labor market and develop professional competencies. By combining resources and expertise across government, civil society, and the private sector, the initiative seeks to ensure that youth receive comprehensive support, ranging from practical work placements to mentorship and guidance that foster personal and professional growth.
This multi-stakeholder approach under Generation Unlimited underscores the commitment to creating long-term impact on youth employability, equipping young people with the skills, experience, and confidence needed to thrive in today’s evolving labor market.
