Volunteer Mentors Empower Youth for Social Change
Volunteer mentors engaged in the Kosovo CSR Network Mentorship Scheme continued supporting Kosovo youth in developing self-advocacy and leadership skills.
During the “Podium – Advocacy for Social Change” workshop held in Gjakova, participants strengthened their communication skills, learned effective advocacy practices, and enhanced their capacity to become agents of positive change in their communities.
Through sharing their professional knowledge and experience, mentors played an important role in empowering youth and supporting their personal and professional development.
