Virtual Lectures for Youth Empowerment
Within the Mentorship Programme, Kosovo CSR Network organized a series of virtual lectures for youth beneficiaries of Unicef Kosovo Programme, in close cooperation with IPKO Foundation and YMCA in Kosovo.
The first session focused on long-term project sustainability and impact measurement, two essential elements for successful implementation. The lecture was delivered by Rina Fetahaj from Sustainability Leadership Kosova, who shared her expertise on designing sustainable projects and evaluating their impact.
Zana Bajrami Rama, Public Relations and Communication Manager at KOSTT and Board Member of Kosovo CSR Network, addressed the importance of effective communication as a key determinant of project success. She provided practical guidance on relationship building and impactful messaging.
A lecture on successful project management was delivered by Visar A. Jasiqi, Chief Development Officer at RIT Kosovo, equipping participants with practical managerial skills and structured approaches to project implementation.
To help address pandemic-related stress, Floriana Bajrami delivered a session on mindfulness meditation and breathing techniques, highlighting their positive effect on psychological well-being.
