Sustainability Leadership Kosovo Champions Program Launched
Kosovo CSR Network officially kicked off the Sustainability Leadership Kosovo Champions Program, marking an important step in strengthening sustainability leadership among businesses operating in Kosovo.
The opening sessions were led by Prof. Wayne Visser, a global expert in sustainability and corporate responsibility. The programme focused on analysing global sustainability challenges and trends and translating them into practical implications for Kosovo’s economic and business environment.
Participants engaged in in-depth discussions on global megatrends, climate change, responsible business transformation and the evolving expectations toward companies. Through structured analytical tools such as PESTEL analysis and SWOT analysis, participants assessed Kosovo’s broader sustainability landscape and evaluated the strategic positioning of their respective companies.
The application of these analytical frameworks enabled companies to identify risks, opportunities and competitive advantages linked to sustainability transformation.
