Recura Financials Publishes Research on COVID-19 Impact on Businesses
Member of Kosovo CSR Network, Recura Financials, conducted research to assess the impact of COVID-19 containment measures on the private sector in Kosovo. The survey included 462 businesses and highlights the significant challenges companies have faced during this period.
According to the findings, 95% of businesses reported that the crisis had a negative impact, while over 92% experienced a decline in sales due to restrictive measures. A substantial portion reported severe losses, with nearly half indicating a decrease of more than 75%.
This research provides valuable insight into the condition of the private sector and contributes to a better understanding of the economic challenges caused by the pandemic.
