Novus is a consulting company operating in the Kosovo market since 2012, providing a wide range of consulting and digital solutions for private entities, government institutions, and international organizations.
Its services include Public Reform, Rural Development Consultancy, Market Research and Data Analysis, Business Consulting, Software Development, Cyber Security, and Cloud Services Consulting. To deliver sustainable solutions with long-term positive impact, Novus has engaged a professional team of 26 local and international experts with extensive academic and professional experience, as well as deep knowledge of Kosovo’s private and public sectors. In addition to full-time employees, Novus collaborates with local and international experts based on project needs.

Novus has been a member of Kosovo CSR Network since August last year and has actively participated in Network initiatives. Representatives of Novus attended the CSR conference in Brussels alongside Board members of Kosovo CSR Network, where CSR and SDG goals were discussed at European level. The company has also contributed to measuring corporate awareness on social responsibility in Kosovo, supporting the development of the Network’s marketing and public relations strategies, and contributing to project proposals.
Novus remains committed to promoting CSR principles internally and externally, applying high ethical standards toward clients, employees, partners, the environment, and the community. The company plans to further expand its engagement in CSR initiatives and promote Sustainable Development Goals within Kosovo’s business environment.
