Kosovo CSR Network Launches Phase Two of “Transformative Leadership” Training
With 24 representatives of private businesses across the country, Kosovo CSR Network has launched the second phase of the “Transformative Leadership” training.
In the effort to elevate women’s positions in decision-making structures of the private sector in Kosovo, “Transformative Leadership” brings together professionally dedicated women, developing their leadership skills and removing barriers to create more inclusive decision-making.
The four-day training will take place from March 20 to 23, 2024, providing an opportunity for women’s empowerment, increasing social responsibility in the private sector, and highlighting their essential contribution to the development of inclusive decision-making policies.
The second phase of the “Transformative Leadership” training continues from the first phase and is part of Kosovo CSR Network’s project “Boosting Gender Diversity in the Boardroom,” funded by the German Government through GIZ Kosovo and supported by RIT Kosovo.
