Expanding Choices Programme Brings Together Local Businesses at ITP Prizren
As part of the Expanding Choices programme – “Gender-Responsive Family Policies for the Private Sector” – an engaging discussion was held at ITP Prizren, bringing together representatives of local businesses to explore practical ways the private sector can foster supportive and family-friendly workplaces.
Champion companies of the programme, Raiffeisen Bank Kosova and Meridian Express, shared their experiences in implementing family-friendly policies, demonstrating how these approaches positively impact both employee well-being and business performance.
As the key implementing partner in Kosovo, working closely with the private sector, Kosovo CSR Network, in collaboration with UNFPA Kosovo and supported by the Austrian Development Agency, continues to promote the Family-Friendly Workplace Model as a practical framework. This model strengthens workplace equality, encourages employee engagement, and contributes to a more sustainable and responsible private sector in Kosovo.
