BKT Kosova Joins the United Nations Global Compact

As an active member of Kosovo CSR Network, BKT Kosova has reinforced its commitment to corporate responsibility and sustainable operations by joining the United Nations Global Compact, the world’s largest initiative for responsible business practices.

The Ten Principles of the UN Global Compact cover human rights, labor standards, environmental protection, and anti-corruption. These principles provide a global framework guiding companies to align their actions with universal values and contribute to a more inclusive and sustainable global economy.

By signing this initiative, BKT Kosova demonstrates its willingness to integrate these principles into its daily strategy and operations. The bank also commits to taking concrete actions that benefit society and the environment, as well as reporting annually on progress in a transparent manner.
